Our renowned Stinson comfort bike, now with a boost. The Stinson E takes all the beloved features of the standard model, but delivered with a smooth and powerful 250W rear hub motor to transform the fun and stylish bike into an amazing experience for everything from bike path cruising to daily commuting.

Why buy an e-bike from your Local Bike Shop?

It is assembled by a trained professional with a safety check and a warranty.

Your bike is made from available and replaceable bicycle parts.

If something goes wrong, then we are here for you, in person, face to face.

SERIES 1 FRAME
The Stinson E features a Series 1 6061 aluminum frame with exceptionally low standover, disc brake mounts, and rack and fender eyelets and high-volume 27.5” wheels. Stinson ST models further lower the standover height with a step-through frame design. Both versions incorporate the battery into the downtube for clean looks and added security.

ELECTRIC DRIVETRAIN
The Bafang rear hub motor provides 40Nm of torque in a compact and tidy package, and delivers top assisted speeds of 20mph, 32km/h (North America), and 25km/h for the rest of the world. Five levels of assist, accessed via a handlebar-mounted controller, means that riders can quickly dial in the level of assistance that best meets their needs and riding style. The controller also doubles as a display, showing speed, battery charge state, and assist level selected. The Bafang Go app supports real-time access to ride data, real-time access to human health data such as heartbeat and calorie data, and access to navigation steering and traffic tips.

INTERNAL BATTERY
A new feature for the model family, the 340Wh in-tube battery is neatly integrated into the Stinson E's downtube, protected and giving the bike a sleeker look. The charging port is easily accessible, under a weather-resistant cover.

DISC BRAKES
Disc brakes provide smooth, controlled stopping in all conditions.

STEP THROUGH DESIGN
The Stinson E ST features a step-through frame design with a lowered toptube for easier mounting and dismounting.

SHIMANO DRIVETRAIN
Shimano's stalwart Altus 8-speed drivetrain smoothly and reliably glides between the gearing.

SMOOTH-ROLLING RUBBER
The Stinson E rolls on Vee Tire Co's Speedster 27.5 x 2.35" tires, which feature high volume and low knobs for comfort and efficiency, and lots of gripping edges for control on pavement or improved off-road surfaces.

LIGHTING CONTROL
The Stinson E is equipped to power accessory lighting, with a wiring harness just waiting to be plugged into. Headlamp and taillamps are then controlled by holding down the system controller switch.
