Best customer service (Mark & Gord), great selection of bikes, parts and accessories. They fixed my bike within an hour (obviously longer wait times in the spring when all the people who don’t bike during the winter need to get their bike fixed) so I will be coming here exclusively now. Amazing experience!

MetroCycle did a great job on replacing a few worn out parts for me last year. I chose their spot because they are an independent business in my neighbourhood, with comparable pricing to the MECompany et al. As promised, the new parts they recommended made my 1990s road bike act and feel "like a new ride." My recent query over the cost of a component was satisfactorily explained same-day by both the owner (via email) and the person helping me in-store. The shop was also very helpful with getting me the parts and advice I needed to properly set up a direct drive trainer I had bought elsewhere. (They sell these, btw.) I’ll be back again for this year's tune up, and for anything else I need for my bikes.

I like this owner. Makes everything simple, charges fair market value prices and great to talk to about bike stuff. He fired a socialist lazy entitled bike mechanic a while back I had issues with and I'm fairly confident it was a great decision for the business. You just can't treat customers like crap.

I was really happy with the help I received here in buying my new bike. They have excellent prices, knowledgeable staff, and a decent selection of bikes to choose from. They also helped install all of the accessories I added, such as a bike rack, wheel locks, bottle holder, kickstand, etc

They do such a great job here! Been going to them for years for seasonal tuneups or when something feels off on my bike. They always take time to do a thorough inspection and make sure my bike is safe to ride. Thank you guys so much! There’s no where else I trust more than them in the city.

Gordon and his team are kind, community-focused, and are no-nonsense mechanics. They go out of their way to make sure you leave satisfied. I've been going to them for years and they've always been top notch and explaining why and what they do. Most recently I came in for a tune up and a rack install. Unfortunately my bike was a bit awkward for the rack and started having troubles after picking it up from MetroCycle. No problem! Gordon took the bike and rack back the following day and made custom modifications to make it all work! Some places would say "screw you", but not MetroCycle. Not only did they make things right, but they went out of their way to do so. Very fair dealing. Give these guys your business. They deserve it and you won't be disappointed. If you got issues, just talk to them! They're always understanding, fair, and making sure everything is done right.

Just recently stopped by Metro cycle for the first time. Needed my bike’s seat post cut, they were very helpful and did a perfect job. Exactly what I was needing. During my Visit I mentioned needing a new lock that would keep my bike as safe as it can be outside all day while I worked. Michael recommended an Abus lock for more security. Stopped by again today to pick one up. Guess what, it was even on sale! If I could give 6 out of 5 stars on customer service I would. I recommend this shop for anyone needing assistance or parts for their bicycles or accessories. tell Michael Justin recommend them. Hahah just kidding.

Really solid experience coming in here knowing nothing other than "I want a bike for getting around the city". These guys did a great job helping me find and pick a bike as well as give me advice and answers to my questions. Highly recommend.
