Best customer service (Mark & Gord), great selection of bikes, parts and accessories. They fixed my bike within an hour (obviously longer wait times in the spring when all the people who don’t bike during the winter need to get their bike fixed) so I will be coming here exclusively now. Amazing experience!

I like this owner. Makes everything simple, charges fair market value prices and great to talk to about bike stuff. He fired a socialist lazy entitled bike mechanic a while back I had issues with and I'm fairly confident it was a great decision for the business. You just can't treat customers like crap.

I was really happy with the help I received here in buying my new bike. They have excellent prices, knowledgeable staff, and a decent selection of bikes to choose from. They also helped install all of the accessories I added, such as a bike rack, wheel locks, bottle holder, kickstand, etc

They do such a great job here! Been going to them for years for seasonal tuneups or when something feels off on my bike. They always take time to do a thorough inspection and make sure my bike is safe to ride. Thank you guys so much! There’s no where else I trust more than them in the city.

Gordon and his team are kind, community-focused, and are no-nonsense mechanics. They go out of their way to make sure you leave satisfied. I've been going to them for years and they've always been top notch and explaining why and what they do. Most recently I came in for a tune up and a rack install. Unfortunately my bike was a bit awkward for the rack and started having troubles after picking it up from MetroCycle. No problem! Gordon took the bike and rack back the following day and made custom modifications to make it all work! Some places would say "screw you", but not MetroCycle. Not only did they make things right, but they went out of their way to do so. Very fair dealing. Give these guys your business. They deserve it and you won't be disappointed. If you got issues, just talk to them! They're always understanding, fair, and making sure everything is done right.

Just recently stopped by Metro cycle for the first time. Needed my bike’s seat post cut, they were very helpful and did a perfect job. Exactly what I was needing. During my Visit I mentioned needing a new lock that would keep my bike as safe as it can be outside all day while I worked. Michael recommended an Abus lock for more security. Stopped by again today to pick one up. Guess what, it was even on sale! If I could give 6 out of 5 stars on customer service I would. I recommend this shop for anyone needing assistance or parts for their bicycles or accessories. tell Michael Justin recommend them. Hahah just kidding.

Purchased a bike from MetroCycleTO and couldn't have been more impressed by the service provided. Gordon took his time to educate me on what I was looking for and I left feeling confident in my purchase. Hands down the best bike shop west side of Toronto! Stopped by a couple days ago to get a quick tune up and was in/out within a couple of minutes. Highly recommend checking this place out!

I had previously had some issues with the repairs done on my bike, however Gordon and the rest of the team at the shop were quick to reach out to remedy the issues. As always the shop is upfront about costs, and friendly service provided from the point of drop-off to picking up my bike. Great to have such an upstanding small biz in the area!!

Guys solved a problem with my e-scooter very fast and I didn’t pay a lot. Great customer service, great quality of repair, pretty cheap and also they gave me 30 days warranty in case that smth will be wrong. Highly recommend this place.

I ride a an average of 1500-2000 km/year, and I hadn't had my single speed in for a full tune-up in over three years. Metrocycle did an awesome job on getting my bike back into safe road shape and offered an honest appraisal of the overall condition of my bike and what parts (new chain, front/rear brake pads, and new freewheel) were needed to be replaced. I put about 60 km on the newly tuned up bike a day after leaving the shop and it rides like a brand new bike. I have been a customer of Metrocycle for over a decade, going back to when Gordon worked out of his house in Parkdale. Highly recommend this shop to serious cyclists.

After I was in a crash the folks at MetroCycle were able to get my bike running again within a day by bending the fork back, replacing the front axle and truing the wheel. Glad that they had the open slot and that they were able to get my bike back to working condition for my commute!

I've wanted a bike for several years now, but I waited because I was too intimidated and shy to try it in such a chaotic city. Even so, I decided to finally give it a shot from this local shop, and I'm very pleased! I'm in love with my bike and I can't wait to ride it along the lake every day! The store staff were very friendly and understanding to me and my needs. They made me feel welcomed and not so scared. I wasn't sure what to get for my bike since it had been a while, so they helped me pick out everything, and even gave me a free bike pump! They also helped to install everything (the bike rack and pannier), and politely answered any questions I had. I don't understand the negative reviews at all, I would definitely recommend going here for any of your biking needs! Thank you so much!

Very helpful when I popped in 25 min before closing with a snapped rear brake cable. Was in and out in 15 min with new pads and cable for a reasonable price (as far as I know)!

Highly recommend. Gordon was very nice and suggested that the issue with my bike could be vast because it was unclear without disassembly. I opted to try a cheap fix of changing out the pedals, but that didn't do the trick. Gordon very kindly did a couple free tuning works for me and sent me off my way. Was happy to see he went the extra mile after the initial fix didn't do it. I'll need a full tuneup from him at the end of the season but for now my bike rides as smooth as butter again! Thanks for the fix Gordon, I'll be back!

Highly recommend, have been getting my bike serviced here for years. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable which is great for someone like me who doesn’t know much about bikes, I never feel intimidated asking questions. If I’ve ever had an issue with my bike post tune up there’s no problem getting it fixed. Love that I can store my bike here during the winter too.
